M5 Connector and M5 Cable Assemblies
M5 connector
M5 connectorhas 3-pin 4-pin male and female straight and right angle molded cable connector and pcb panel mount connector. These M5 miniature connectors with small size are suitable for small sensor connections with limited space application. At the same time, m5 sensor connector with screw locking can provide reliable sealed connection when mated and installed on panel and can reach IP67 protection class with the functions of Dust-proof and against temporary water and oil immersion.
M5 Cable
M5 Cable has overmolded 3 pin / 3 pole 4 pins / 4 poles male and female m5 connector cable assemblies for automation sensor and actuator applications. These 3 pins and 4 positions m5 sensor cables can be molded by 180 degree straight and 90 degree right angle direction and can reach IP67, IP68 waterproof rate. Outer molding material is TPU resin and can withstand severe -25℃ lower temperature and severe 80℃ higher temperature. Cable jacket material has PUR and PVC resin available.

M8 Connector is mainly used for connecting automation devices's controlling board and outer sensors by cable. Therefore, there are M8 panel connectors and m8 cable connectors. M8 panel mounting connectors have pcb DIP soldering connector and wire soldering connector(one end of the wire is soldered into connector solder-cup terminal and the other end is soldered to PCB hole or pcb pad). M8 cable connector has molding connector and field installable connector. low power source and signal transmission for industry automation sensors. Both m8 panel mount connector and field wireable connector have straight and right angle, shielded and un-shielded version available according to required installtion direction and electromagnetic environment. M12 Cable is made up of m12 molding connectors and PVC/PUR jacket cable. Therefore, there are A-code, B-code, C-code, D-code, K-code, L-code, P-code, S-code, T-code and X-code key options of male and female molding type m12 connector according to applications. M12 A-coded Cable with 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 17 positions male and female connector is used for automation technology - sensors and actuators plug connections for DeviceNet, IO link and Profibus.
