M5 connector

 M5 connector has 3-pin 4-pin male and female straight and right angle molded cable connector and pcb panel mount connector. These M5 miniature connectors with small size are suitable for small sensor connections with limited space application. At the same time, m5 sensor connector with screw locking can provide reliable sealed connection when mated and installed on panel and can reach IP67 protection class with the functions of Dust-proof and against temporary water and oil immersion.
 

M5 Cable

M5 Cable has overmolded 3 pin / 3 pole 4 pins / 4 poles male and female m5 connector cable assemblies for automation sensor and actuator applications. These 3 pins and 4 positions m5 sensor cables can be molded by 180 degree straight and 90 degree right angle direction and can reach IP67, IP68 waterproof rate. Outer molding material is TPU resin and can withstand severe -25℃ lower temperature and severe 80℃ higher temperature. Cable jacket material has PUR and PVC resin available.

                                                                               

M8 Circular Connector

 M8 Connector is mainly used for connecting automation devices's controlling board and outer sensors by cable. Therefore, there are M8 panel connectors and m8 cable connectors. M8 panel mounting connectors have pcb DIP soldering connector and wire soldering connector(one end of the wire is soldered into connector solder-cup terminal and the other end is soldered to PCB hole or pcb pad).  M8 cable connector has molding connector and field installable connector. low power source and signal transmission for industry automation sensors. Both m8 panel mount connector and field wireable connector have straight and right angle, shielded and un-shielded version available according to required installtion direction and electromagnetic environment. There are 3 4 5 6 8 pins, male and female m8 plug and socket receptacle available according to mated requirements.

M8 Cable

 M8 cable, including m8 power cable, m8 sensor cable and m8 ethernet cable, is mainly used for providing power source, signal and data transmission between industry automation devices and sensors by industry net-work system. The small size is beneficial when space is at a premium. They all have IP ratings for protection against dust and water. Cable is covered with PUR or PVC and the plugs come in both straight or right angle configurations. M8 molded cordsets are available in a variety of length options such as 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 3m, 5m, 7m, 10m, 15m, 20m and 25m. There are 3, 4, 6, or 8 pin m8 male / female connector cable cordsets molded by straight / right angle configurations.  They may be single ended or double ended m8 cordsets with shielded & non shielded versions, PVC or PUR jacket and can reach IP67 dust and waterproof rated. They have a wide variety of applications such as industrial communications, industrial machinery, industrial automation, automobile manufacturing, Better Robotics, outdoor LED lights etc.

M12 Connectors

M12 Connector includes A B C D K L P S T X coded Connectors. They can be divided into m12 molding connector, m12 pcb panel mount connector, m12 field mountable connector to meet various different applications. There are still 3 pin 4 pin 5 pin 6 pin 8 pin 12 pin 17 pin male and female 180 degree straight and 90 degree right angle m12 connector available. M12 cable connector has PG7 (4-6mm cable O.D.) and PG9 (6-8mm cable O.D.) cable gland available. They are widely used in sensors and actuators from industrial automation, machinery, robots, automobile, automatic factory etc.

M12 Cable Assemblies

 M12 Cable is made up of m12 molding connectors and PVC/PUR jacket cable. Therefore, there are A-code, B-code, C-code, D-code, K-code, L-code, P-code, S-code, T-code and X-code key options of male and female molding type m12 connector according to applications.
 M12 A-coded Cable with 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 17 positions male and female connector is used for automation technology - sensors and actuators plug connections for DeviceNet, IO link and Profibus.

 M12 B-coded Cable with 3 4 5 poles male and female connector is used for automation technology - Fieldbus connections for Profibus and Interbus.
 M12 D-coded Cable with 4 pin male and female connector is used for automation technology - data transmission for Industrial Ethernet, Profinet, Ethernet/IP and EtherCat.

 M12 X-coded Cable with 8 pin male and female connector is used for automation technology - data transmission for Cat6A Supper-Speed 10Gbps industrial Ethernet. Both m12 d-code cable and x-code cable are usually connected with one RJ45 male connector in the other end of cable that is m12 to rj45 ethernet cable.

                                                                               

 M12 K-coded Cable, M12 L-coded Cable, M12 S-code Cable and M12 T-code Cable are used for Automation technology - voltage and power supply. M12 power connector cables are used to supply AC motors, drives and motor switches with high voltages over longer periods of time, but also for low-voltage applications such as fieldbus Ethernet components and network devices.

M16 Connector according to DIN EN 61076-2-106, which are available as molding type connector, field wireable cable connector and flange installation versions, comply with protection class IP40 / IP67. There are 3 contacts, 4 contact, 5 contacts, 6 contacts, 7 contacts, 8 contact, 12 contacts, 14 contacts, 19 contacts male and female m16 circular connectors available.

M16 Cable Assemblies

M16 cable has m16 sensor cable and m16 power cable according to different application scenarios.  They are designed for factory automation 16MM connection diameter sensors, widely used in sensors, robots, outdoor LED modules and other fields. M16 cable assemblies are overmolded by 4pin, 5pin, 6Pin, 7pin, 8pin, 12pin, 19pin circular metric m16 molding type connector or m16 field installable connector as well as panel moungting connector with single wires.
